WITNESS PREPARATION IS IMPORTANT TO YOUR CASE
When I prepare a witness, I am not helping him "rehearse" an answer. I am helping the person understand his role in court. I help the witness to understand what to expect and how to respond. Most people have never given a deposition or testified in court, and do not know the rules. They may not realize that a deposition is a sworn statement that can be used in court, or may be used against them later in cross-examination.

It is especially important to understand that the witness should listen to the entire question before answering, wait to have any objections resolved, and then not volunteer additional information. There are many other aspects to witness preparation which we can discuss if you call me. I am very experienced with preparing a witness to appear in court.
